Getting Clear on Your Purpose: What Are You Here For?
What is the one thing you would you give your life for?
Dave Workman, president of Partnership Advisors, shares questions leaders should be asking themselves to get clear on their purpose, and to discover what truly drives them.
“As leaders, we have to periodically ask ourselves: ‘What am I here for? It's really the, "Why am I here? What's my purpose?" And if you can't find something that you would absolutely die for, I'm not so sure you have anything to live for, and that can be a person, it can be a cause, it can be whatever, but there has to be something larger than yourself that drives you.
