August 18, 2021, Cincinnati, OH – Leadercast, an organization on a mission to fill the world with leaders worth following, concluded its annual global leadership conference in Cincinnati, Ohio, on August 11, 2021. The event themed Shift, was held for the first time in Cincinnati and was attended by an enthusiastic in-person and online audience of nearly 40,000 growth-oriented leaders from across the United States and internationally. Tens of thousands more will experience Leadercast Shift at leadership events organized by public and private companies and civic organizations.
Leadercast Shift presenters included renowned leaders, authors, and public figures such as Rainn Wilson, Cris Carter, Guy Raz, Liz Forkin Bohannon, Andy Stanley, David Baker, Michael C. Bush, Ashton Channing Brown, Chuck Mingo, Sunny Parr, Todd Henry, and Deni Tato.

Leadercast announced the next event date and 2022 theme during the event. Leadercast, The One Thing, will be held on May 4, 2022, in Cincinnati. Initial speakers include New York Times Bestselling author Angela Duckworth, NASA aerospace engineer Diana Trujillo, author David Horsager, teacher and author Fr. Richard Rohr, and actor and author LeVar Burton (Star Trek, Reading Rainbow). Five other speakers will be announced in the following weeks.
