August 18, 2021, Cincinnati, OH – Leadercast, an organization on a mission to fill the world with leaders worth following, concluded its annual global leadership conference in Cincinnati, Ohio, on August 11, 2021. The event themed Shift, was held for the first time in Cincinnati and delivered on its promise to establish and serve the Cincinnati community. The event was attended by an enthusiastic in-person and online audience of nearly 40,000 growth-oriented leaders from across the United States and internationally.
The Leadercast Shift event which was held in Cincinnati hosted renowned leaders, authors, and public figures such as Rainn Wilson, Cris Carter, Guy Raz, Liz Forkin Bohannon, Andy Stanley, David Baker, Michael C. Bush, Ashton Channing Brown, Chuck Mingo, Sunny Parr, Todd Henry, and Deni Tato.

Leadercast is returning to Cincinnati and announced the 2022 theme and dates during the event. Leadercast; The One Thing, will be held on May 4, 2022, at Fifth Third Arena in Cincinnati. Initial speakers include New York Times Bestselling author Angela Duckworth, NASA aerospace engineer Diana Trujillo, author David Horsager, teacher and author Fr.
