Leadercast® and Leadercast® Now are owned and operated by GiANT Impact, LLC (“GiANT Impact,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We at GiANT Impact are concerned about privacy issues and we want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from all sources including in connection with our websites, social media sites, mobile sites, applications (“apps”), and electronic newsletters (collectively, the “Services”) that link to this Privacy Policy. Our websites (the “Websites”) include (the “Leadercast Website”) and (the “Leadercast Now Website”).

Through the Services – We may collect personal information through the Services, such as when you register for a Leadercast seminar, subscribe to or use the Leadercast Now Website, or make a purchase.

Through a Leadercast Now Third Party Provider – If your subscription to or use of the Leadercast Now Website has been provided by or through a third party (a “Third Party Provider”), such as your employer or an education institution, your Third Party Provider may have provided us with information about you to enable us to provide you with access to the Leadercast Now Website (such as your email address or name).

Offline – We may collect personal information from you offline, such as when you attend a Leadercast seminar, place an order over the phone or contact customer service.

From Other Sources – We may receive your personal information from other sources, such as public databases, social media platforms, joint marketing partners, and from people with whom you are friends or otherwise connected on social media platforms, as well as from other third parties.

4. How We May Use Personal Information

We may use personal information:

To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests, such as to send you newsletters, brochures, catalogs and e-mails. To send administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the Services and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

To complete and fulfill your purchase, for example, to process your payments, have your order delivered to you, communicate with you regarding your purchase and provide you with related customer service.· To permit you to participate in services through which you are able to post and share information and materials (including, without limitation, on the Websites, and on discussion pages, evaluations, surveys, self-assessments, peer assessments, progress monitoring, and other services available via the Leadercast Now Website).

To facilitate social sharing functionality. To allow you to send messages to a friend through the Services. By using this functionality, you are telling us that you are entitled to use and provide us with your friend’s name and email address.

To allow you to participate in our sponsored sweepstakes, contests and similar promotions and to administer these activities. To facilitate your subscription to or use of the Leadercast Now Website with your Third Party Provider (if your subscription to and use of the Leadercast Now Website is provided by a Third Party Provider).

By you, on message boards, chat pages, profile pages, post venues, blogs and other services to which you are able to post information and materials (including, without limitation, on the Websites and our social media pages and on discussion pages, evaluations, surveys, self-assessments, peer assessments, progress monitoring, and other services available via the Leadercast Now Website). Please note that any information you post or disclose through these services will become public information, and may be available to users of the Services, your Leadercast Now Third Party Provider (if you have one), and to the general public. We urge you to be very careful when deciding to disclose your personal information, or any other information, on the Services.

Session cookies help us improve the functionality of the Websites by enabling you to move from page to page on the Websites and allowing information you enter to be remembered. We only use cookies to record current session information, and we do not use permanent cookies on the Websites. We also do not use flash cookies or third party advertising cookies when you access or use the Services.

We utilize statistical services, such as Google Analytics, to review how visitors use the Services. This information helps us improve our website navigation and the content we offer. Google and other service providers use cookies as part of this process to collect anonymous information, including the number of visitors to our Websites, how visitors are entering our site, the pages they visit and the length of time they spend on our site.

Cookies may be disabled, by changing the settings on your browser. If you decide to disable cookies, certain areas and features of the Websites and other of the Services may not perform as designed. By using the Websites and/or the Services, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this Privacy Policy. Please note that other websites you are directed to from our Websites may have their own cookies policies.

7. Emails; Opt-out

We do not compile, buy, sell, rent or trade email lists. As described above, however, we may use information volunteered via the Services for our own marketing and educational efforts and to send emails on topics we feel would be of interest (e.g., with respect to relevant leadership events, GiANT Impact events and co-sponsored events, and GiANT Impact and Leadercast Now specific products). If you do not wish to receive such informational and marketing emails, please send an email to support@leadercast.com and write “no email” in the subject line, and we will remove your name from our marketing email listing. Please note that if you do opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send you important administrative emails (including, but not limited to, such information related to your Leadercast Now Website subscription and your continued use of the Services).

8. Minors and Sensitive Information

The Services are not directed to anyone under the age of eighteen (18), and all marketing efforts that we take are targeted to adults not children. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). We do not collect highly sensitive data (e.g., medical or personal financial information), other than credit card information as described in this Privacy Policy.

9. User Access

We are committed to providing reasonable and practical access to allow you to identify inaccuracies in your personal information, and upon request, we will grant individuals reasonable access to the personal information we hold about them. Requests for such access, as well as general questions, comments and concerns about our Privacy Policy, should be directed in writing to the address stated in our Contact Information at the end of this Privacy Policy.

10. Data Security and Retention

We will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual, and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

The security of the information you provide to us is important to us. We (and our service providers) follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to or through us, both during transmission and after receipt. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, that information is encrypted by our credit card processor using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However, because no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is completely secure, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
