Health & Safety Information

Your Safety is Our Top Concern

COVID-19 has changed many aspects of our world, and the way we do business. Our attendees’ health and well-being are our #1 priority and we will do everything in our power to keep you safe.

We are continuously monitoring what the Centers for Disease Control, and the States of Ohio & Kentucky, have recommended and are following their advice closely.

When you join our event in person, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority, and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organized event experience.

Cleaning & Hygiene

1. Enhanced cleaning
Leadercast will undertake enhanced, deep cleaning before, during and after our conference, working with the venue and our partners to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This includes continuous sanitization throughout the course of the event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms and food and beverage areas.

2. Personal hygiene
Leadercast will provide ample hand washing facilities and hand sanitizing stations throughout the event space, encouraging all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

Physical Distancing

3. Non-contact registration
Leadercast will offer non-contact registration for participants, including the availability of online registration and mobile tickets.

4. Physical distancing
Leadercast will maintain a density of participants in line with local authority regulations and venue or other relevant guidance. This will be managed through seating assignments, on-site signage and on-site social distance ambassadors.

5. Food and beverage stations
The Leadercast team will work closely with venue partners to employ the highest standard of food safety, minimizing self-service buffets in favor of pre-packaged food options.

Protect & Detect

6. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
State rules and guidelines will be followed pertaining to masks or other PPE items.

7. Screening
Participants will be asked not to attend if they are feeling unwell, and teams will follow local health authority guidance on detecting and managing anyone who displays symptoms of COVID-19.

8. Trace and contact
Should it be necessary, Leadercast will work with local authorities to trace and contact participants at our events, subject to local privacy regulations.
