Prior to joining On The Ball, Nkrumah worked for national search firms in a business development capacity. His experience in the executive search industry has positioned Nkrumah as a leader in providing client satisfaction and highly-detailed and cost-efficient business solutions. A majority of Nkrumah’s success can be attributed to his participation in various high-level networking groups and professional associations where he has the opportunity to give back and cultivate long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
In the summer of 2013, Nkrumah was honored as one of The Network Journal’s Forty Under Forty Professionals of Color in the United States. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College. While in college Mr. Pierre was President of Brothers of Lafayette (a minority men’s empowerment organization), a resident advisor, a member of CIRCLE Entrepreneurs, and a member of Lafayette’s Division I Lacrosse Team.
He proudly resides in Harlem with his wife and in his spare time, you can find him training for triathlons, playing golf or carving up the mountains on a snowboard.
