Molly Fletcher is a trailblazer in every sense of the word. As a top sports agent, she was hailed as “the female Jerry Maguire” by CNN, representing many top athletes and negotiating more than $500 million in contracts in the high stakes world of professional sports.
Her clients included Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz, pro golfer Matt Kuchar, broadcaster Erin Andrews, and championship coaches Tom Izzo and Doc Rivers, among dozens of others. Molly has been featured on ESPN and in media such as Fast Company, Forbes and Sports Illustrated.
The parallels between the lessons she learned from sports and those that play out in the business world every day are endless, explains Molly, so in 2010, she founded her own company where she is a speaker and author, and founder of an e-learning platform that provides coaching for corporations and individuals. Her vision today is “to inspire game changers in every field.”
Molly has spoken at hundreds of events for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and associations across the country on topics related to leadership, team building, sales, business, and personal development. Molly is the author of three books, most recently A Winner’s Guide to Negotiating: How Conversation Gets Deals Done.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Molly resides in Atlanta with her husband and their three daughters.
