Ivo Philbert is an innovative, energetic and experienced strategic leader with proven success in improving bottom line results by focusing on strategy, business development, people development, and image & branding.
Ivo is the Chief Program Officer at The Jackie Robinson Foundation in New York City. In his role with the Foundation, he is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the Foundation's Mentoring & Leadership Development Program, including the scholarship selection process and scholarship grants made, monitoring and evaluating the program to ensure efficacy and standardization, supervising the JRF Program staff, maintaining liaisons with the Program's constituencies, and working closely with the President & CEO to develop the ongoing programmatic vision and strategic planning.
Alongside of his work at the Foundation, Ivo is the President and CEO of IVO Consulting, LLC. This company provides consulting services to small businesses and non-profit organizations to help them stay focused on Strategy, Process, People and ultimately Performance. Ivo and his team also provide training seminars to foster sharing of ideas and thoughts, as well as individual coaching to reinforce learning concepts and help maintain a focus on self-development.
Prior to working at The Jackie Robinson Foundation, Ivo spent 10 years in various leadership roles with INROADS, a group that creates relationships between with companies around the country and undergraduate students with the intention to develop and place talented underserved youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership.
