Chris Reese has more than 18 years of successful experience in organization development and leading teams to success. His latest venture, Cirrus Business Group is passionate about developing management teams to build great organizations. Chris and the Cirrus Business Group consultants have helped organizations in hospitality, manufacturing, shipping, professional services, and many more industries across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to founding Cirrus Business Group, he was the operations part of a turn-around team for a 3D technology company that had done little in the previous five years. Chris led the team to win three Telly awards for outstanding and innovative use of 3D within 18 months. In addition to serving on various executive turn-around teams and boards, he has built organizations from the ground up. Chris was founder, president, and CEO of i3 Voice & Data, Inc., a wholesale telecommunications provider with more than 20 carrier and cable company clients in the U.S. and U.K., operating from 2004 to late 2008.
Chris is a recipient of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Mathematics and Science Award and has been published in the Wall Street Journal as a State Advisor for the Small Business Advisory Council. He did his undergraduate work at Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Arlington, and received his MBA from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Chris also holds a certificate in Global Innovation received through Georgia State University at Harris-Manchester College in Oxford, England. He is also a sought-after keynote speaker on leadership and management in addition to teaching entrepreneurship as adjunct faculty in the Brenau University Oxford Entrepreneurial MBA program.
When not helping other business owners, he is investing in his own boys and the youth of his community through his involvement in the Boy Scouts of America.
